DRIVERS are facing heavy delays getting into Reading today due to flood prevention works.
Two lanes are currently closed on the M4 eastbound exit slip road at Junction 13.

Highways England have closed the lanes to allow workers to drain water from a nearby water source to prevent flooding on the A34 near Chieveley.
