Blue skies stretched over Reading and Caversham this week, framing scenes of spring in full bloom. Along quiet streets and riverside paths, tulips stood tall, their reds and oranges glowing like small flames in the sunshine.
Nearby, blossom trees drifted from bright pink to soft white, painting the air with delicate colour and a gentle sense of calm.

Clusters of forget-me-nots added touches of blue, echoing the clear sky above and tying each scene together.
Petals caught the light, while shadows danced lightly on pavements and grass. These photographs capture fleeting beauty at its peak, a reminder of how quickly the season shifts.
Through the lens of the Reading Chronicle Camera Club, everyday corners become quietly extraordinary.
