Police have pulled over a motorist and are searching a car near the M4 motorway.
The incident is taking place at Junction 13 of the M4/A34 north of Newbury.
There is one unmarked and one marked police car at the scene.
Officers appear to be searching the boot of the car at around 1.40pm today (February 11).
A driver passing by said: "Drivers approaching the junction to be aware it is blocking one of the lanes."
Thames Valley Police has been contacted for a comment.
