A WOMAN has been sentenced after stealing boxes of chocolates from a shop.
Hayley Solly, of no fixed abode, was caught on October 24 this year stealing from the One Stop store in Newbury.
The 48-year-old was caught stealing boxes of chocolates to the value of £50.

She was charged with one count of theft from a shop. At Reading Magistrates Court on November 8, Solly pleaded guilty to the offence
Solly was handed a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and there was no order for costs.
A conditional discharge is when 'no punishment will occur provided the defendant commits no further offences during the period of the discharge'.
