A DRIVER has been fined after being caught on speeding on the M25.
Paul Kelly, of Nut Lane, Waltham St. Lawrence, was caught on November 17 last year speeding on the motorway near the Clacket Lane Services.
The 60-year-old was caught driving in his BMW at 59mph in a 50mph speed limit zone.

He pleaded guilty at Medway Magistrates Court on June 15 and was fined £66. He was also ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
Three penalty points were also added to Kelly’s licence.
The total fine to pay is £100 which will need to be paid in full by July 13.
