IKEA is hosting a series of free in-store events to help people get organised this January.

The Swedish flat packe furniture store wants to show customers that storage and organisation can be made simple and satisfying with a few easy tips and tricks.

IKEA co-workers will share their expertise in helping customers re-organise their homes, as well as an array of interactive in-store events to showcase further storage skills.

Commercial Activity and Events Leader at IKEA Rosheen Forbes said: “We know that in the new year, people often find themselves with lots of clutter and want to use the quieter months to reorganise their homes.

"We hope that our in-store events help our customers to realise that reorganising doesn’t need to be a huge, daunting task and that there are a number of simple, affordable solutions that can help them to bring order to their homes.”

The event takes place on February 26.
