Thames Valley Police is appealing for a specific witness to a fatal road traffic collision in Reading.

They said the motorcyclist collided with traffic, which was stationary at the set of traffic lights on the junction.

Officers are keen to speak to a rider of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle who was seen interacting with the other motorcyclist moments before the incident and is thought to have had a good view of the collision.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Nigel Doyle, of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, based at Three Mile Cross, said: “This is a tragic incident which resulted in the death of a man.

“I am making an appeal to the person who was near to the collision, riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle to contact Thames Valley Police either by reporting online or by calling 101, quoting reference 43220161464.”
