A MAN has been charged for endangering other road users following an incident at Wash Common, Newbury
Police were called to the A34 southbound between Speen and Wash Common, Newbury, at around 11.20am on Thursday, January 14.
It comes after a vehicle was stopped on the carriageway.

Thames Valley Police have charged a 29-year-old man following the incident.
Erjon Selivrda of no fixed abode, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cannabis, endangering other road users, assault with intent to resist arrest, money laundering, possession of criminal property, driving at excess speed, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
Selivrda was charged on Friday, January 14 and was remanded in custody.
He will appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (January 15).
