SPEEDING is dangerous, it can cause accidents and even be life-changing if a driver ends up crashing.

As we move closer to 'normality', more people will be out and about driving again but with that brings usual problems, such as drivers speeding.

We asked you where you think fixed speed cameras should be placed.

And you responded in your droves – with almost 70 submissions.

School Road

Kings Road

Richard Proud said: "Agreed, with a college on that road. Seen people hitting 60 down there numerous times."

Reading IDR

 

Andrew Gormans said: "That should never be a 40 limit, it’s madness."

Northumberland Avenue

Vince North said: "Only a matter of time before someone is killed along there, it's like quarter-mile drag strip near a park school and a leisure centre and the worlds stupidest roundabout on Stockton road were you have to be on the main road before you can see what's coming."

Ros Edwards said: "No right turn but everyone does including RBC & Thames water."

Shinfield Road 

 

Matt Hart said: "Shinfield Rd and down the side road passed the royal Berkshire. Get rid of that silly obstacle course."

London Road and Bath Road

Louise Quelch: "People regularly hitting 40 plus along there and generally driving irresponsibly - boils my pee. Both are residential areas, no reason to break the speed limits and drive so dangerously."

Oxford Road (Tilehurst)
