Offices in east Reading could be converted into 24 flats, under new plans submitted to Reading Borough Council (RBC).

The plans for Alexander House, 205-207 King’s Road, were submitted by Burleigh Estates on April 1 and uploaded by the council to the planning portal on Thursday, April 15.

It asks the council to determine whether prior approval of the authority is required for the change of use of the application building from B1 (Office) to C3 (Residential).
