A woman has been arrested after a female victim was sat on and had her arms pinned to the floor.
It comes after a woman was walking in Kingsley Close, Reading and was knocked to the ground.

She was allegedly sat on and had her arms pinned down by a 41-year-old woman.
The offender made comments about gender identity to the victim, so police are treating this incident as a hate crime.
As a result, Thames Valley Police arrested the 41-year-old woman of no fixed abode on Friday, November 20, on suspicion of sexual assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and criminal damage.
The victim sustained minor injuries during the incident that did not require hospital treatment.
Police have released the woman under investigation while enquiries continue.
