A MAN jumped out of his car after police discovered he was disqualified from driving and had a baseball bat, cocaine and cannabis inside.
The driver was caught outside KFC drive through on the A33 in Reading Retail Park last night (August 20).
Thames Valley Police Roads Policing unit stopped a grey BMW as the driver was disqualified from driving.
The man fled from the scene and two other passengers, including a woman and a four-year-old child, remained in the car.
Police officers discovered cocaine, cannabis and a baseball bat inside the car as well.
A police spokesman said: "No arrests were made as I had to remain with the vehicle and detain the other occupants as I was on my own.
"Driver was identified and will be dealt with at a later date."
