The Rest of the World edged out the Mixed Anglos 9½-8½ in their annual four-ball better-ball match at Reading Golf Club on Saturday.
In the Ladies section the Celts R.O.T.W also narrowly beat the Anglos.
More than 80 members competed, and with many of the players dressed representing their home countries, it made for a colourful display on the course.
There was also a charity raffle after the presentations with all money being raised towards the two captains’ chosen Charities – Cystic Fibrosis Trust and Sport in Mind.
