DANNY WALSH and Colin Reed were crowned champions in the second of the five Winter Points Series events at Reading Golf Club.
The duo overcame more than 30 other pairs in the alternate foursomes Stableford competition.
The early-morning contest was played in glorious sunshine and featured some outstanding scoring, with the champions — playing off a ½ combined handicap of 14 — racking up an impressive 40 points to claim the victory.

The next of the Winter Points (Fensomes) format takes place on Sunday.
