READING FC will host the Oman national team in a challenge match at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday, September 7 (3pm ko).
The fixture has been arranged during a two-week international break and comes during a 29-day gap in the fixture list at the Madejski.
"It's a really exciting opportunity," said manager Nigel Adkins.
"We're away from home until the Brighton game on September 15 so it will be terrific to play at home and for fans to see some of our younger players."
Advance tickets for the game are priced at �5 concessions and �10 adults.
