COLD weather wreaked havoc with the local football scene with almost all matches postponed last weekend.

Highmoor Ibis’s bid to climb the Hellenic League Premier Division table was thwarted by a frozen pitch at Tuffley Rovers, with the only games in the competition seeing table-toppers Bracknell Town beat Lydney Town 3-0 and basement boys Burnham win 4-0 at Brackley Town Saints.
