A MAN charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a 12-year-old boy died when he was in collision with a car, appeared at Reading Crown Court today.
Aadil Ashgar, 24, of Rosedale Crescent, wore a grey suit and spoke only to confirm his name during the preliminary hearing.
He was also charged with fraud by false representation following the collision on Tuesday, February 21, in King's Road, Reading, in which Bulmershe School pupil Harsh Dharmendra died.
Ashgar gave no indication of plea and was released on unconditional bail to appear before the crown court again during the week commencing Monday, October 1, for a plea and case management hearing.
