People always imagine that living in Hollywood means I run into celebrities on every corner. Actually, that's not far from the truth.

Although I'm not the type to seek out stars, I do keep bumping into them.

My most memorable experience to date, is arriving home at my apartment's parking garage to see a black SL55 convertible going down the ramp in front of me. It then proceeded to park directly in my parking space. Seriously, that's my pet peeve and I was going to let them have it! They happened to have the roof down, as did I that day (SO Hollywood) and I shouted out 'Excuse me, that's my space!'. Around turns Miley Cyrus exasperatedly apologising that she had been told to park there by her "personal trainer".

Realising it was her, I felt bad for being so abrupt and treating her like a 'normal person', but I quickly forgot about that, realising it was a perfectly justifiable outburst, and politely directed her to guest parking. So apart from hanging out at my apartment, where else could you do some local star-spotting?

Well I have to tell you, the Polo Lounge at The Beverly Hills Hotel is a really good one. Quite honestly, every time I go there I see someone at least half famous. A few weeks ago, I was having drinks there with friends and in walks La Toya and Jermaine Jackson.

And an hour later, in walks 'The Godfather' actor James Caan. AND to top it off, my girlfriend who I was having drinks with, jumps up to greet him. I didn't even know she knew him (SO Hollywood). I was too shy to ask him for a picture for you all, sorry, but he did politely shake my hand.

Be aware Hollywood visitors. Keep your eyes open, these stars pop up when you least expect it.
