A CURIOUS woman is appealing for Chronicle readers to help shed some light on a family photograph featuring her father.
Jeannie Tynan is hoping any family members and friends with relatives in Theale can help her piece together when the photo was taken and who is in it.
Jeannie believes the photograph was taken at The White Hart in Theale, which was situated at the bottom of Pincents Lane on the old A4, before it was demolished in 1969 to make way for the M4.
The photograph features her father Mike Tynan, pictured with a cross, who was the local chimney sweep in Theale, but she would like to know if any readers recognise friends or family and can tell her when the picture was taken.
