DO YOU know this man? Police want to speak to him about an attempted robbery.
Thames Valley Police have released a CCTV image of a man who could have vital information about the incident, which happened in Reading on 14 August at about 10.40am.
A male offender attempted to snatch the handbag of a 61-year-old woman as she was walking in Northumberland Avenue.
She did not sustain any injuries as a result of the incident.
Investigating officer, PC Steve Parsons, based at Reading police station, said: "The man in this image could have information which is vital to our investigation into this incident.
"If you recognise him, or have any information as to his whereabouts, please call the Thames Valley Police non-emergency number on 101."
