Emergency services are currently dealing with an incident at Caversham Lock.
A number of police cars, fire engines and ambulances have been seen at the site earlier this evening.
A witness spotted the response shortly after 6.30pm this evening (Tuesday, February 13).
Details about the incident remain unknown at this time but Thames Valley Police has been contacted for comment.
