The new council website was launched this week
Reading Borough Council’s website has been revamped, with a brand-new enhanced look.
Part of the council’s ‘customer experience strategy’, the new website was launched on Wednesday, September 23.
The council says it “will lead to a significant change in the way that customers can interact with the council and its services”.

More improvements to the website are planned, with changes to content and navigation coming next.
