Appeal to find missing teen who may have fled to London
CONCERN is growing for a teenage girl who was last seen on the Oxford Road on Sunday.
Makeda Wynter is believed to have fled to London and was last seen at around 4.50pm outside the Tesco Metro.
The 15-year-old is 5ft 10ins and slim, with long black curly hair, which may be tied back.
She is believed to be wearing a black dress and pump-style shoes.
Detective inspector David Turton, investigating officer from Reading police station, said: "We are growing concerned for Makeda's welfare and we would ask her to please contact officers so we can ensure she is safe and well.
"If anyone has seen Makeda or knows of her whereabouts, please call Thames Valley Police on 101, quoting incident reference 1380 of 18 June 2017."
