COLIN POTTS, 58, of Woodcote Road, Caversham, admitted to beating a woman in Reading on July 23, 2016 and July 22, 2016. He was given a rehabilitation community order.

DENNIS HUSEYIN, 22, of Foxhays Road, Reading, admitted to being in possession of cannabis while in Reading on June 26, 2016. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £115.

JOHN BARRY, 58, of Oxford Road, Reading, admitted to religiously aggravated harassment. He used racially abusive words near a person likely to be alarmed or distressed and was fined £120 and ordered to pay victim services £30.

DANIEL JOSHUA BRIGGS, 22, of ZinZan Street, Reading, admitted to assaulting a man in Wokingham on July 3, 2016. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £115.

DEREK JOHN FITZGERALD, 34, of Oakshott Avenue, Highgate, admitted to fraud by false representation. He illegally advertised a property to rent between January 28, 2016 and February 2, 2016 and was discharged conditionally for two years and ordered to pay £1350 in compensation and £20 to victim services.

SIMON IAN HAWKINS, 28, of Shooters Way, Basingstoke, admitted to stealing £70 worth of cigarettes or tobacco from the Esso Garage in Reading on February 2, 2016. He also admitted to assaulting a woman on Oxford Road on July 22, 2016, stealing £222.57 of petrol and stealing a games tablet worth £581 on December 19, 2015. He was sentenced to 60 days in prison and ordered to pay £80 to victim services.

CLIVE ANTHONY SMITH, 48, of Beverley Road, Tilehurst, was convicted of beating a woman on December 16, 2015. He was ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work and to pay compensation of £150 and £60 to victim services.

MACAULEY TARRANT, 18, of Three Corners Road, Oxford, admitted to possessing an offensive weapon, namely a steering wheel lock, while on Level One of the Oracle car park on December 28, 2015. He also admitted to using threatening or abusive behaviour with the intent of causing fear or provoking unlawful violence and damaging the boot lining of a Vauxhall Antara on the same day. He was ordered to pay costs of £60 and victim services £85. The steering wheel lock was destroyed.

WILLIAM JAEGER, 73, of Binbrook Close, Lower Earley, was convicted of assaulting a woman in Bracknell on June 26, 2016. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £250 and £20 to victim services.

KEVIN CAMADOO, 39, of Fernhurst Road, Calcot, admitted to breaching his restraining order. He was ordered to pay victim services £85 and costs of £85.

JARREN MARCUS MCDONALD, 19, of Scholars Place, Reading, admitted to driving a Vauxhall Corsa while under the influence of THC on March 16, 2016. He was fined £160, ordered to pay costs of £140 and banned from driving for 12 months.

DESMOND RAYMOND WILLIAMS, 47, of Barnwood Close, Reading, admitted to stealing four bottles of Jack Daniels whiskey worth £130 from a Wokingham Tesco on July 25, 2016. He was sentenced to four weeks in prison and ordered to pay victim services £115.

SHAID ASLAM, 35, of Florence Road, West Bromwich, was convicted of making off with £31.39 worth of petrol from a garage in Woodley on February 10, 2015. He was fined £440, ordered to pay compensation of £31.39 and victim services £44 and to pay costs of £750.

RICKY JAMES METE, 32, of Star Road, Caversham, admitted to being in possession of cannabis while in Caversham on February 11, 2016. He also admitted driving a Ford Focus without insurance and while on THC on the same say. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and £20 to victim services.

VICKY LOUISE GABBINI, 30, of Willow street, Reading, admitted to stealing baby clothes worth £24 from Mothercare on May 19, 2016. She was sentenced to six weeks in prison and ordered to pay £115 to victim services.

GENATO JAPZON, 48, of Alexandra Road, Reading, admitted to breaching a non-molestation order. On July 9, 2016, he went to a house he was prohibited from going to and banged on the door. He was fined £240 and ordered to pay costs of £30 and £30 to victim services.

AARON DAVID SIMM, 32, of Honey End Lane, Tilehurst, admitted to being drunk and disorderly on Yorktown Road on July 13, 2016. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £20 to victim services.

KYLE ZAC CHRIS GOGARTY, 24, of Zinzan Street, Reading, admitted to assaulting a man in Reading on June 2, 2016. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and £30 to victim services.

DAVID JAMES CLARK, 23, of Callington Road, Reading, admitted to having a kitchen knife while on Merton Road on July 31, 2016. He was sentenced to six weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay a total of £200.

MICHAEL ANTHONY ILES, 47, of Hazel Road, Liverpool, was convicted of stealing £750 worth of timber from Buildbase in Theale. He was sentenced to two months in prison and ordered to pay a total of £245.

KLARISSE EMERY, 20, of Carron Close, Tilehurst, admitted to riding on a London bus without paying for her journey. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £20 in victim services and £1.50 in compensation.
