Toronto Police has issued a warrant for the arrest of a Reading FC forward and his Brazilian team mate in connection with a reported sexual assault in Canada.
Lucas Piazon, 21, and his Pan American teammate, Andrey Da Silva Ventura, 22, are wanted in connection with a reported sexual assault which happened in July this year when the players were representing Brazil in the 2015 Pan Am games.
In a statement Toronto Police Service said: "On Saturday, July 25, 2015, a 21-year-old woman, along with a friend, met two men in a nightclub in Toronto
"The two men accompanied the women to one woman’s residence.
"Once inside the residence, the two men sexually assaulted one of the women."
Piazon, who is currently on loan at Reading from Chelsea, scored Reading's first goal in the 4-2 defeat against Fulham last Saturday.
He is expected to be included in Reading's squad this Saturday (31) when Reading host Brighton at the Madejski Stadium.
Reading Football Club has yet to comment.
