ZAITSCHEK Patricia Ella Passed away peacefully on 29th January 2018, aged 98 years. Pat will be much missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Reading Crematorium West Chapel on Monday 26th February at 2.15pm Flowers welcome.
