PIERCY William Roy (Bill) Passed away at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on Monday 8 January 2018, aged 92 years. Bill will be sadly missed by family and friends. The funeral service will take place at the Reading Crematorium, West Chapel on Friday 19 Jan at 12.45pm. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Royal National Institute for Blind People. RNIB
