The Supporters' Trust at Reading [STAR] have issued the latest update on any ownership change following their meeting with Nigel Howe.
A well-known figure around the club with an association of more than 25 years, the former CEO was placed in charge of finding a suitable buyer by current owner Dai Yongge.
While things have progressed on the field, with the Royals now five points clear of the relegation zone, little noise surrounding a takeover has been made available.
Howe meets with STAR once a week to update supporters, but the speed with which any move is progressing has frustrated fans.

Still progressing- one bid is moving forward, but we are still looking at other bids. New bidders have come forward this week and other bidders have left the process due to not meeting the Club’s strict criteria. Nigel has a busy week ahead!
