Reading Head of Sports Science, Josh Bowen, has been charged by the Football Association for 'abusive and/or insulting language towards a match official.'
Bowen- son of Director of Football Operations Mark Bowen- is a regular in the dugout alongside Ruben Selles, James Oliver-Pearce and Tony Warner.
Saturday's match against Port Vale was halted on 16 minutes as thousands of supporters invaded the pitch in protest against owner Dai Yongge.

After 68 minutes, and with hundreds of supporters remaining in the centre circle, the referee abandoned the match.
An FA Statement has said that Bowen is charged with breaching rule E3.1.
"It is alleged that following the suspension of play, his language was abusive and/or insulting towards a match official, leading to his dismissal. It's further alleged that following his dismissal, he acted in an improper manner and/or abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official."
Bowen has until Friday, January 19 to respond.
