Reading and manager Ruben Selles have been charged by the Football Association for 'failing to comply to his automatic suspension.'
The Royals boss has picked up three yellow cards this season, and a straight red card against Lincoln City last month, and therefore should have had a match out of the dugout against Exeter City.
However, Selles did not do this and has now been charged.

Both parties have until Tuesday, January 9 to provide their responses to this charge.
It remains unclear what any potential punishment could be.
The club still have an unrelated EFL charge over their heads after Dai Yongge paid tax late on too many occasions.
