Reading fans had millions of eyeballs on their off-field plight after interrupting Sunday's FA Cup exit to non-league Eastleigh with tennis balls and fake money.
A regular occurrence at home matches, Sell Before We Dai have been active since July as unpaid tax bills, points deductions and late wages have seen the Royals fall from the Premier League to the relegation zone of League One in a decade.

On Thursday, news broke that the non-playing staff were not paid in full while the players all were, in order to escape another set of points deductions.
This is the straw that broke the camel's back, and ITV were only too willing to support the fans in getting their message across.
