Rotherham United await Reading or Forest Green Rovers in the third round of the FA Youth Cup.

League Two FGR visit Berkshire on Friday (7 pm kick-off) in round two, with tickets in the Lower West available for as little as £3.

FGR's youth coach, Hannah Dingley, drew headlines last season as Dale Vince appointed her caretaker manager of the men's side, the first men's team to appoint a female manager in the professional game.

Disposing of non-league Oxford City 4-1 in round one, Mikele Leigertwood's side will hope to progress and keep alive the dream of a big tie in round four.

Famously, David Dodds' side reached the semi-final of the prestigious competition in 2014 with the likes of Rob Dickie, Jack Stacey and Liam Kelly going on to have solid professional careers.

The likes of Manchester United, Everton and Chelsea have dumped Reading out in recent years, with the Royals managing to maintain their Category One status youth system in the third tier.

The Millers are yet to play in this year's competition, coming in at round three as a Championship side.
