'Thank you.'
That was the brief, but straightforward, message from Reading forward Nahum Melvin-Lambert after his release from the club.
Associated with the club for six years, Melvin-Lambert made three appearances during the Covid distrupted season of 2020/21.
A youth side stalwart, featuring almost 50 times for the Under-18s and Under-21s, the 20-year-old has lifted two trophies in his short career to date.

Scoring twice in the Berks and Bucks Senior Cup final last summer, Noel Hunt's side beat Ascot United 4-0 to win the prize for the first time since 1995.
Going on step further, the Londoner won the FAI Cup while on loan with St Patrick's Athletic in the Republic of Ireland.
Loaned out twice last season, Melvin-Lambert featured for both Hemel Hempstead Town and Weymouth in the National League.
Taking to social media, the youngster simply said 'Thank you' along with pictures of his time in RG2.
