Former Reading winger Callum Harriott is a free agent once again after departing sixth tier Yeovil Town.

The 29-year-old scored four goals in 30 appearances for Reading during three injury-hit years in Berkshire.

A popular figure amongst supporters, he scored a stunning goal on Boxing Day 2016 in a 3-1 win over Norwich City to help the club on their way to a third-place finish.

He went on to play over 60 times in two years for Colcester United following his departure in 2019.

Enduring a turbulent few years, including having time out of the game as a court case rumbled on, the winger has played seven times this season for two clubs.

The Glovers, a Championship outift in 2013/14, were relegated from the National League last season and will line up in the sixth tier for the first time since 1997.

Famously, the Somerset outfit held Reading to a 1-1 draw in March 2014, despite the visitors having three men sent off at the Madejski Stadium.
