Huddersfield Town boss Neil Warnock believes the relegation fight is coming down to the final day clash between the Terriers and Reading.
Winning four of his 12 matches in charge, Huddersfield sit one point clear of Reading but have a game in hand.
Over 2,300 Royals have bought tickets for the final day shoot-out, although their fate could be all but confirmed ahead of the trip to Yorkshire next month.
Speaking on TalkSport, Warnock said: "It looks like it’ll go down to the final day between us and Reading, I can’t see anything other than that unless we have a couple of good wins. I had some great times at Cardiff and I’m sorry to see where they are. I think they will be okay; I just hope that they have a bad day on Sunday. It’s a good stadium, I’m looking forward to going back and taking my team there. Anything can happen at the minute, that’s the Championship. It’s so up and down, I don’t think anyone can predict anything."
Reading host bottom club Wigan Athletic on Saturday, a must-win, while Warnock returns to former clubs Cardiff City and Sheffield United ahead of the clash with the Royals.
