Radio One DJ Jordan North gave Reading fans a shout-out on his 'Going Home with Vick and Jordan on Radio 1' show on Monday.
The Burnley fan is best known for finishing runner-up to Giovanna Fletcher in I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
Reading- under the management of Noel Hunt- attracted their largest crowd of the season as almost 20,000 witnessed the 0-0 draw against the champions elect.
Jordan North saying that the Mad Stad atmosphere is better than the Kop at Anfield on Radio 1 wasn't what I was expecting today but we'll take it. Nice to see our fans get a bit of recognition from time to time.#Readingfc

Speaking on Radio One [16.23], he said: "I went to watch Burnley at Reading. Can I just say, everyone goes on about the Kop at Anfield, which I’ve been too, Reading fans were class on Saturday. Really good atmosphere. We only managed a 0-0 draw but it was a good weekend."
Regularly mocked for atmopshere, the Royals have only averaged 13,000 per match- only just over 50 per cent of the SCL Stadium capacity.
Sat in the relegation zone, four matches remain in the 2022/23 campaign.
