Thomas Ince has been included in the EFL Team of the Week after his brace against Blackpool on Saturday.

The former Tangerine opened and closed the scoring against his former club, with Andy Carroll converting a penalty in between.

Ince is on track for his best season for over five years, scoring nine goals and contributing a further four assists.

His personal best was in 2016/17, hitting 16 goals for Steve McClaren's Derby County.

Made up of key players across all three EFL divisions, Ince and West Brom goalkeeper Alex Griffiths the only Championship inclusions.

Salford City lead the way with four players involved after their 5-2 win away at Mansfield Town.

Carlisle United, Sutton United, Morecambe and Bristol Rovers players made up the 11, with Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson the manager after a 5-2 win over title-challengers Plymouth Argyle.
