Former Reading Academy product Conor Lawless has joined Farnborough on a one-month loan.

The midfielder played once for the Royals before joining Luton Town in 2021.

Yet to appear for the Hatters, the 21-year-old has linked up with the National League South outfit until the end of March.

Speaking to the club website, Conor said: “Really happy to be here and become a part of it all, can’t wait to get the games under my belt and give it all on the pitch. I want to have a big impact in this team who are already doing so well and we can use the momentum we have and push for Play-Offs spots.”

Manager Spencer Day added: “I am delighted Luton have agreed to let Conor come for this heavy run-in. He’s been highly recommended, and some of you may have seen him be involved with the squad last Saturday.”

In action tomorrow, former Bracknell Town boss Bobby Wilkinson takes his Weymouth side to Hampshire- with Royals loanees Nahum Melvin-Lambert and David Nyarko potentially playing a part in prodceedings.
