Reading goalkeeper Jokull Andresson has completed a loan to League Two high-fliers Stevenage until the end of the season.

The Icelander has just returned from an emergency loan with former club Exeter City, and now heads to join Steve Evans' Boro.

Andresson, who did not make an appearance for the first team this season, could make his debut for Stevenage when they travel to Sutton United this weekend.

The Hertfordshire-based outfit sit second in the fourth tier, two points behind leaders Leyton Orient.

They beat the Royals earlier in the season, winning 2-1 against a much-changed side in a first round of the Carabao Cup in August.
