Many Reading fans were left disappointed after tickets for the FA Cup clash against Manchester United sold out inside 30 minutes.
A total allocation of 3,094 was snapped up within half an hour, with supporters able to purchase four per transaction.
However, many were left bemused with the buying policy after it was released to all season ticket holders and member card holders at once, rather than allowing the season ticket holders an exclusive period to purchase.
Taking to social media to vent their frustrations, many were left empty-handed.
Given a 3k allocation first of all is a joke should be above 5k and to do a general sale is a joke

Fuming. Had mine selected and then became unavailable. Why only 3k and why immediately on general sale?

However, those that were lucky enough to get their hands on the tickets are very happy to be heading to Old Trafford.
