Noel Hunt's Reading moved to the top of their group in the Premier League Cup after a convincing 3-0 win at the SCL Stadium.

Alongside regular first team stars Scott Dann and Femi Azeez, the youngsters were on top for most of the match against Category One opposition.

Below are three who caught the eye in blue and white.

Kian Leavy

A midfield workhorse, the Irish youngster was everywhere against the Wolves.

From lung-busting runs to smart tracking back, the 20-year-old was a prominent figure in the middle of the park, winning practically all of his duels.

And then, to top it off, he bent home a free-kick in the final few minutes to wrap up the win and put himself on the score sheet.

Rashawn Scott

Still only 18, the former Chelsea youngster has already made his first team bow in last season's 1-0 defeat to Luton Town.

A real eye-catcher when he's up for it, the teenager had the beating of his man all afternoon and regularly wowed the crowd with his touch and dribbling ability.

Taking his goal confidently, Scott is a star in the making at Bearwood.

Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan

Already a first team scorer, netting in the Carabao Cup against Stevenage, the teenager has made regular appearances in Paul Ince's first team squad, playing in the Championship three times.

Working hard, both on and off the ball, his physicality was too much for the Wolves backline to handle.

Opening the scoring, the 19-year-old pounced on a Wolves error, drove into the box and calmly cut back onto his stronger foot before unleashing an effort into the back of the net.

Composure personified.
