After 21 Championship fixtures, Reading are sat in 12th having scored 23 and conceded 30.

On the receiving end of a few stunning strikes this season, the Royals have also converted some beautiful efforts.

Take a look below and vote in our poll.

1. Tom Ince v Cardiff City

Having fallen behind to the Bluebirds in the first home match, a converted penalty from the returning Shane Long drew the sides level.

In the second half, the hosts were on top and up steps Ince, who slams home an effort from 30 yards, swerving past Ryan Allsop in the net.

2. Junior Hoilett v Blackburn Rovers

The win of the season so far, after Tom McIntyre had headed the Royals into a first half lead, a long-ball was headed on to Hoilett, who cut into the box and powered a strike in at the near post off the crossbar.

Lucas Joao sealed the 3-0 win later in the half.

3. Tyrese Fornah v Middlesbrough

A cagey game against Chris Wilder's Boro, it took a Fornah piledriver from the edge of the box, his first Championship goal, to separate the sides.

4. Tom Ince v Wigan Athletic

Similar to Middlesbrough, another game with very little to split the sides.

After a foul on the edge of the box, Ince was given space at the near post and he found it, curling delightfully into the back of the net for a 1-0 win.

5. Tom Ince v Burnley

A goal so brilliantly simple, Joe Lumley's goal kick was flicked on by Yakou Meite before Ince ran onto it and flicked over Arijanet Muric.
