Veljko Paunovic heaped praise on three Royals players in particular after Friday night's 3-1 win at home to AFC Bournemouth.
The performance of all 11 players was universally praised by Paunovic and fans alike after the win, with the Royals boss labelling the win as the 'perfect performance'.
Andy Rinomhota and goalscorers Tom McIntyre and Josh Laurent received notable individual praise a from the manager in his post-match press conference.
Speaking on the partnership created between Laurent and Rinomhota, Paunovic said: “They [Andy Rinomhota and Josh Laurent] are the engines of the team.
They are absolutely brilliant in every game.
“How much ground they cover and how many duels they win.
"They are hard-working and have an amazing winning mentality.

"They execute every task we give them."
Paunovic also highlighted Tom McIntyre, saying the centre-back had a 'perfect game'.
"I think he [Tom Mcintyre] had a perfect game.
"I am very happy with his progress and together with the team he is humble, always looks for advice, always wants to improve, works hard in training and recovers very well.
"He is very young but like our team, young, hungry and very professional. I am very happy for him."
