Reading FC goalkeeper Sam Walker has joined AFC Wimbledon on loan until the end of the 2020-21 season.

Walker spent a short spell with Blackpool last month on an emergency loan deal and now heads out for his second spell in League One this season.

The 29-year-old has not featured for the club since Veljko Paunovic took over as manager and is out of contract at the end of the current season.

Luke Southwood and Coniah Boyce-Clarke were picked in front of Walker as the two goalkeepers in the matchday squad for the cup game against Luton Town last weekend.
