Reading FC have unveiled a plan to have personalised cut-outs of fans at the Madejski Stadium for the remaining fixtures this season.
The 'Fans in the Stand' initiative is intended to give the players 'a bit of visual support and motivation' during the behind-closed-doors games at the end of the 19-20 season.
