Despite the transfer window closing on Friday, speculation has continued regarding the future of young Royals forward Danny Loader.

Norwich City have reportedly joined Wolves in the race to secure Loader's future, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season - according to The Daily Telegraph.

Wolves have been heavily linked with the 19-year-old previously and were close to securing his signature last summer.

Both clubs reportedly expressed in interesg in Loader during the January window and are willing to wait until Loader's contract expires at the end of the season to make their move.

Loader, who has scored twice for the first team, was offered a new deal by Reading ahead of the January window as Bowen looked to secure his long term future but as of yet has not put pen to paper.
