Reading goalkeeper Rafael has said that he is fulfilling his dream by playing in England.

The Brazillian stopper joined Reading in the Summer after spells with both Napoli and Sampdoria in Serie A. 

Speaking ahead of two consecutive games at home, Rafael said that he is loving his time so far at the Madejski Stadium. 

"I am happy. My dream was to be playing in England. We have got a lot of games and I love it.

"I am very happy, of course me and my family are still adapting but I am very happy at this club.

Speaking ahead of Saturday's game, Rafael said that the player were ready for a tough test against Derby County.

"Our stadium is amazing, our fans are amazing. We want to win this game [against Derby County].

"We know it'll be difficult but we want these points, it is very important because of our goal of going up the table.

"I think we are playing well but we can do more. We want more, we want to get more points.

"These are very important games, our team is confident. We know it will be difficult because they've got very good players, they are a very good team.

"But we too have very good players, a very good team. We have confidence, we'll play to win the game. This is our focus, our target. I'm sure we are ready."
