We take a look at some of the pundits predictions ahead of Reading vs Leeds United at the Madejski Stadium.

Sky Sports pundit and former Leeds United midfielder David Prutton has predicted that his old side will triumph tonight 2-1 over Reading.

The pundit said to Sky Sports: “Who would've predicted the start Mark Bowen would have had as Reading boss?

“His unbeaten start came to an end against Brentford, but things look to have improved greatly from when Jose Gomes was in charge.

“Despite that, I can't see past Leeds, with a fourth win on the spin on the cards for Marcelo Bielsa's side at the Madejski.”

Former Reading winger and BBC Berkshire pundit Glen Little has provided a slightly more optimistic prediction ahead of tonight, claiming that it will the visitors feeling the pressure tonight.

Little told BBC Berkshire: “"It's going to be a tough game.

"It's Leeds - you have to be up for it and I'm sure there will be a good crowd and a good atmosphere.

"Reading have to pick themselves up from Brentford and try and cause an upset against Leeds.

"It's always a big game and it's a great one for the players. They should enjoy it and they're underdogs so should try and cause an upset.

"They're not like the Reading 106 side and not like Wolves a few seasons ago. They are good but Reading are at home and they can give it a go.

"A draw is okay, and they would take that and then it's a massive game against Wigan.

"The Leeds game is a bonus, but the really important game is Wigan because they are a team which is struggling.”
