HOARDES of budding rugby stars got in the festive spirit at Reading Rugby Club at the weekend.
They club’s hugely-popular youth section came together for a bumper Christmas party at their Holme Park ground.
The club’s Under 8s section were the hosts on the day and were joined by a number of other age groups.
There were ‘Santa matches’ played out on the pitch involving all the squads from Under 6s to Under 13s, as well as the Under 16s.
The youngsters, players, coaches and parents then headed into the clubhouse‘s historic Rumbles Bar for a party that included a visit from Santa, a festive meal, and a raffle.
