KINGFISHER A made it six 10-0 wins out of seven after beating Sonning Common & Peppard C in Division One, Hari Gehlot, Sagar Sawant and Krasimer Ivanov again starring with trebles.

Kingfisher B were 8-2 winners against Sonning Common & Peppard B, Martin Adams with a maximum while Andy Wang won twice for Sonning Common.

A Jon Willis double could not prevent Curzon Club A from a 7-3 defeat at Sonning Common & Peppard A, Jason Roberts with a maximum for the third-placed winners.

Kennet Valley Free Church A slipped nearer the drop zone after a 7-3 home defeat to Tidmarsh B, Simon Barter starring for the visitors, supported through Lee Calcutt’s double.

Mike Aistrop and Jon Golding both got maximums as Tidmarsh A won 7-3 at Kingfisher D, while Nigel Maltby and Wang both got maximums as Sonning Common & Peppard B won 9-1 against Milestone A.

Curzon Club B continue to struggle in Division Two after a Pradeep Desh treble helped high-flying Our Lady of Peace C towards a 7-3 win, Pat Daniels and Binit Basker adding two wins each in support, while Charlotte Binley kept up her good from for Curzon with two wins.

Carol Byers’ excellent treble saw Kingfisher F defeat Sonning Common & Peppard D 9-1, Roger Pritchard also getting a treble.

Our Lady of Peace A defeated Milestone/Saiyan B 8-2, Clive Perry on top form, while leaders Springfield A strengthened their position after winning 8-2 at Our Lady of Peace B, Adam Sheen returning to form with a fine treble for Springfield.

Tilehurst Methodists A were 7-3 winners over Sonning Sports A thanks mainly to a Keith Winter treble. Reading FC A romped to an 8–2 win over Springfield C in Division Three, with Anthony Alleyne hitting a great treble.

Tidmarsh C gained an 8–2 win against Sonning Common & Peppard E with Simon Craig and Spencer Harvey both gaining trebles, while Kingfisher G beat Springfield B 6-4 with Gwynne Penny, David Wells and Nils Wedi all winning two each.

At the bottom, Sonning Sports B drew with Kingfisher H with four players winning two each, namely Cris Reynolds and Himanshu Pasbola for Sonning and Ken Robb and Maksym Schipka of Kingfisher.

Curzon Club C found Our Lady of Peace D’s Ben Carless in top form as he gained a hat-trick in a 7-3 win.

In Division Four, Reading FC B lost 6-4 to unbeaten Tilehurst Methodists C despite a treble from Derek Anderson, with Roy Hull and Steve Wood both winning twice.

Anthony Reeve’s treble helped Sonning Common & Peppard G to a 5-5 draw against Tidmarsh E, while Kennet Valley Free Church B won 8-2 at Kingfisher I.

Our Lady of Peace E maintained their lead at the top of the table with an 8-2 win over Milestone C, Ralph Philips recording another straight-sets treble, Chris Bunn also recording a further hat-trick.

Tilehurst Methodists C remain in second place thanks to an 8-2 victory over Springfield D, Hull winning all three, while Wood and Rob James each won two.

Reading FC B defeated Sonning Sports C 7-3, Joe Bull and Harry Edwards both recording trebles.

A spirited fight back in a delayed Lower Divisions knock-out cup match saw Our Lady of Peace E just fall short in a 5-4 defeat to Tidmarsh E.
